SHIPPING RULES
♥ For domestic shipping, we use regular JNE service, which takes about 1-2 working days to ship around Jakarta and 2-6 working days to other cities in Indonesia. (Certain distant cities might added more days)♥ We will process delivery 1x24 hours after your payment confirm.
♥ Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

♥ Order will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 4 PM (WIB).
♥ We do not ship on weekend and public holiday (except in urgent circumstances ).
♥ We will give your tracking number ( JNE ) 1x24 hours or max. 2x24 hours after delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
♥ We only accept return or refund for items with manufacturing mistakes. Simply contact us via email: redcherry@hotmail.co.id and We will give free shipping if there are mistake on order.
